Welcome to the Betzner House - Spend a Night in History
Two large and spacious suites welcome the tourist or business traveler to one of the oldest homes in Waterloo Region. The Betzner House (circa 1830) is in fact the birth place of modern Waterloo and part of the first non native inland settlement of Upper Canada. Originally built by Mennonite pioneers the home has been lovingly restored and rebuilt on the historic ridge overlooking the Grand River.
Conveniently located just minutes off the 401 the Betzner House is central to Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge and of course the many amenities this area has to offer. Whether you are shopping at one of our several farmers markets or visiting the shops in St. Jacobs, the Betzner House is only a short drive away.
Our 2 very comfortable suites include large queen size beds and full ensuite. A gourmet breakfast will start your day off right and our concierge service will take care of all your little details.
Thank you for visiting our web site and we look forward to your visit:
